Orders, Discounts, Payments, and Return Policies

Ordering

For ease of ordering, ASC currently offers online purchasing at Retail Pricing to End-Users. [Wholesalers/Distributors/Resellers click HERE for wholesale pricing, ordering & payment options, and territory & catalogue opportunities.] You may check out as a Guest -OR- set up an Account with us (preferred).

Accounts

Establishing an account gives you access to your order history, invoices, ship-to addresses, payment info, and more. ASC does NOT sell or disclose your personal information. It is for internal business purposes only.

Minimum Orders

ASC inventories 5 of the most common sizes of sign covers [see In-Stock Sizes]. For those items, there are NO minimum order quantities (unless requesting mounting grommets or custom modifications). All other products are made-to-order and are processed 'custom' - which carries either a minimum order of 5 each -OR- a $50 setup fee for orders less than 5. If the overall order is large enough, we may be able to waive that fee at our discretion.

Volume Discounts

Under certain circumstances ASC MAY offer volume discounts off of retail to end-users - But ONLY where we have no established distribution agreement with a wholesaler (territory by territory basis). But where we have preexisting reseller/distributor relationships, we may refer you to them for the potential of volume discounts.

Payments & Discounts

Payment may be made at time of purchase by credit card, PayPal, or ACH debit. Invoice payment terms may be arranged by email, phone, or by previously established account.

The 'Pay-by-Check' option is available for both Retail & Wholesale clients. This is preferred especially for large, custom, or rush orders. General terms are net 30 from the shipping date. However, there is a discount of 2% available (excluding tax, shipping or handling charges) for those who pay net 7 from shipping date - either through ACH debit -OR- mailed check***. Credit card payments cannot be discounted due to fees.

Checks MUST be written to: Ignatius Holdings, LLC. Checks not written to Ignatius Holdings, LLC WILL be returned. Austin Sign Covers is a d/b/a division of her parent company, Ignatius Holdings, LLC. We cannot accept checks written to Austin Sign Covers.

Fulfillment

Orders for any of our 5 standard 'In-Stock' items are typically shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Unusual quantities or extenuating circumstances may affect this time frame. All other items are processed as 'custom.' Allow 3 weeks to 4 weeks for manufacture & shipping (except where otherwise stated). Orders can be shipped in stages as they are completed, if desired. There is no additional cost for this option.

Rush Orders

Whether it is 'Rush Shipping' or 'Rush Order,' ASC can accommodate your needs! Overnight or accelerated shipping can be arranged ahead of time for simply the cost of the shipping carrier. Rush orders for our non-stock items can be processed at the following rates:
2-week turn-around: 20% surcharge
1-week turn-around: 35% surcharge

Shipping & Invoicing

A final invoice will be generated upon shipment. That email will contain instructions on how to directly debit our bank account -OR- the option of mailing a check within 7 days (for the 2% discounted amount). Otherwise, the default is understood to be net 30 for the full amount of order from the date shipped.

Customer Pick-up

For customers local to northeastern Pennsylvania, customer pick-up may be a desirable money-saving option. Because ASC does not have a storefront office, pick-ups must be made at our manufacturing facility, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. [NOTE: All pick-up arrangements must be made in advance.]

Delinquent Payments

Unpaid invoices may incur a 3% fee per month beyond the initial 30-day window.

Guarantee

From time of product delivery, you have 3 business days to inspect the order for accuracy, quality, and quantity. If we have in any way processed your order incorrectly (as ordered), we will make it right or issue a full refund of that portion. ASC also guarantees its products to be free of defect. We will either replace the defective product -OR- issue you a full refund. Items damaged in transit will be replaced as quickly as is possible. We will assist you with settling the issue with the carrier. IMPORTANT: We cannot assume responsibility for orders placed incorrectly. We encourage you to double-check your checkout cart or ordering email before finalizing with us.

Change Orders

If at all possible, we will work with our clients to change an order placed in error (if caught in time). However, once manufacture or shipping of that order has been set in motion, that order must be considered final.

Refunds

It is the policy of ASC to not issue refunds for orders, once placed. Please double-check before placing. Extenuating circumstances, such as damage or defect, may result in a refund -IF- replacement products cannot be delivered within a required period of time. Each request for refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Rush Order Surcharge & Shipping Options

Fulfillment Time Frame

Material assembly orders are typically planned out weeks in advance with coordination between material stock, sewing personnel, shipping department, and other customer orders. The process of injecting Rush Orders into that equation often comes at great effort of many people & departments - requiring extra time & effort to process them within the necessary time frame. This is the basis for & justification of the surcharges.

'Turnpike' Sign Cover Material Specs - Vinyl Coated Polyester

Overview

  • Made of 18oz Vinyl Coated Polyester (poly vinyl chloride).
  • Meets PA Turnpike code for sign covers and their unique configuration.
  • NFPA 701 Certified -AND- ROHS Compliant
